We're looking for an Intermediate Accountant ready to step up and make an impact with a supportive, forward-thinking firm that invests in your future.

About the Role

n

You'll work with a diverse portfolio of operating businesses, high-net-worth families, and individuals, delivering proactive advice and exceptional service. This is an opportunity to develop your skills across compliance, advisory, and leadership.

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Preparing financial statements and income tax returns across companies, trusts, and SMSFs.
n
- Providing high-quality tax compliance, planning, and advisory services.
n
- Advising on business structuring, strategic planning, and growth strategies.
n
- Mentoring and supervising junior team members.
n
- Managing workflows, budgets, and deadlines effectively.
n
- Staying up to date with regulatory changes to deliver the most current advice.
n

About You

n

You're a career-focused professional with a passion for client service and continuous improvement.

n

You'll bring:

n

n
- 3+ years' experience in Australian tax/business services (required).
n
- CA/CPA qualified or progressing (preferred).
n
- Strong technical skills across a variety of entity types.
n
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
n




- Proficiency with cloud-based accounting systems (Xero certification highly regarded).
n
