Job Description of ServiceNow Architect in Melbourne/ Sydney:

n

Responsibilities

n

n
- Analyze current technologies used and determine ways to improve the ServiceNow environment and its architecture.
n
- Provide technical consultation in terms of using ServiceNow best practices for implementations and ongoing operations
n
- Create technical implementation strategies from business requirements
n
- Implement complex ServiceNow solutions in at least 3 applications/modules such as ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, SAM, HAM, ITBM, Security Operations, GRC and CSM.
n
- Lead technical ServiceNow implementations, investigate complex issues and review code as required.
n
- Account for possible project challenges on constraints including, risks, time, resources and scope
n




- Work closely with project management teams to successfully monitor technical progress of ServiceNow implementations and maintenance/administration tasks
n
- Design ServiceNow technical solutions and also provide detailed specifications for those proposed solutions
n
- Serve as a thought leader, to influence and develop scalable strategies, frameworks, and architectures
n
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to steer the best decisions and drive the right business outcomes
n
- Provide expert guidance for best practices related to ServiceNow administration
n

Qualifications

n

n
- Robust communication, strong presentation and writing skills
n
- Certified in CAD, CSA, HRSD
n

n

Good to have CAD, CSA, HRSD certifications
