Job Description

- Create engaging training materials and e-learning modules using instructional design principles
n
- Support Cloud Assess system, develop assessment tools, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address training gaps
n
- Evaluate training effectiveness, gather feedback, and regularly update content to incorporate best practices and industry standards
n
- Communicate training initiatives to stakeholders, build relationships with subject matter experts and trainers, and support cross-functional teams
n
- Assist with training projects and timelines, and stay current with instructional design techniques through ongoing career development
n

Requirements

n
- Minimum 2 year's experience in a similar role
n
- Experience with learning management systems
n
- Intermediate experience with Articulate Storyline and Rise
n
- Experience with transport, mining or construction industries is an advantage
n
