We are looking for Accounts Payable Officer to join our national Finance group. We have a friendly team culture and our Business Services team is at the core of our success. Accountabilities
n
n
- Review and process high volume of invoices for client and firm creditors
n
- Review and process partner/staff expense reimbursements
n
- Reconcile key creditor accounts on a weekly/monthly basis
n
- Arrange daily payment of invoices through online banking platform
n
- Assist in the management of all queries relating to the accounts payable function
n
n
To succeed in this role, ideally you'll have:
n
n
- Accuracy and timely entry of invoice processing
n
- Strong time management, attention to detail and organisational skills
n
- Experience with our practice management system (Aderant) is desirable but not essential, otherwise comfort with finance software
n
n
