Fuse Recruitment are currently seeking a highly organised Logistics Coordinator for an initial 2 month assignment working Monday to Friday for a clientbased in Lane Cove West (NSW 2066). The Role:
n You'll play a key role in supporting daily logistics and spare parts coordination, working closely with service engineers, freight partners, and internal stakeholders.

n

Key Responsibilities:
n This is a standalone role where you will responsible for all facets of inbound and outbound operations. You will use SAP on a daily basis for receipting goods and inventory.
n Your duties will also include:

n

n
- Receive incoming goods and complete goods receipt processes
n
- Receipting of goods via SAP
n
- Physically inspect shipments and reconcile with documentation
n
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and internal teams
n




- Respond to logistics and spare parts enquiries via email (internal & channel partners)
n
- Book and manage demo equipment
n
- RF Scanning of stock
n
- Pick packing orders
n
- Support service engineers with spare parts management
n
- Collaborate with neighbouring dispatch team (separate company)
n
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and procedures
n
- Report directly to the Financial Controller
n

It will be advantageous to hold your LF forklift license. If you do hold this then additional duties will include:

n

n
- High Reach forklift operation up to 6 bays high
n
- Counter Balance loading and unloading trucks
n

n

The Candidate:
n We're looking for a hands-on and proactive Logistics Coordinator and someone with robust coordination skills and experience in warehouse or logistics support.

n

Skills & Experience Required:

n

n
- 2+ years previous experience in a logistics co-ordinating role
n
- Experience with SAP or similar WMS
n
- Computer and data entry experience
n
- Strong communication and coordination skills across departments
n
- Proactive, self-directed and capable of working independently
n
- Attention to detail and ownership of tasks
n
- Basic physical capacity for handling small boxes (no heavy labour)
n
- Comfortable with office-based work and occasional forklift duties (10–20%)
n
- Comfortable using email and internal systems (primarily computer-based)
n
