Our client is a leader in load bearing permanent formwork solutions for external and internal concrete walls. For almost 20 years they have been supplying the construction industry with innovative proprietary wall and framing systems. They are looking to expand their existing team and require switched on energetic End-of-Line Operators and Mixer Operators to join their Minto operations.

n

We're currently hiring for End-of-Line Operators and Mixer Operators to join a dynamic manufacturing team! If you have experience in production, warehousing, or machine operation - and a forklift license is a bonus - this could be the perfect role for you.

n

This role involves a combination of machine operation, manual handling, heavy lifting, and general warehouse duties. Potential for forklift operation

n

Shifts Available:

n

AM: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

n

PM: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

n

Night: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Candidates must be comfortable with physically demanding and repetitive tasks during night shifts)

n

Work Breakdown (Day Shift Example):

n

Manual Labour / General Warehouse Duties: ~85%

n

Candidates must be comfortable working in a physically demanding workplace and handling repetitive tasks during night shifts.
n The Role:
n You will be required to assist with the general warehouse duties for the day-to-day operation of the manufacturing site. Other tasks may include:

n

n
- Lifting and transporting metal sheets from the production line
n
- General Labouring as required
n




- Setting up and operating of machines
n
- Ensuring machines have the adequate materials available for the shift and any defect stock is reported
n
- Quality checks on finished product
n
- Feed raw materials to semi-automated machines
n
- Fixing issues that might occur during the shift and maintaining activity logs
n
- Follow production processes and filling in batch sheet
n
- General labouring experience ideal
n
- Physically fit
n
- Trustworthy and reliable
n
- Switched on attitude and a quick learner
n
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
n
- Forklift license is a bonus with previous experience in a similar role
n
