The AM Logistics Graduate Program is a dynamic program designed to suit ambitious and focused individuals seeking an exciting role to start their professional career.

During the initial twelve months ofthe program, you will be trainedin all areas of international logistics operations.This initial training will be ahands on operationalrole to ensure you gain a full understanding of our business fundamentals after which the direction changes to a more focused training program.

The successful Graduates will:

Have completed a Bachelor's level degree.

Have a qualification in one of the following disciplines: Commerce, Business, Marketing,Logistics, Economics, International Business, Supply Chain or Similar.

Be 100% committed to development of a careerwithin the company

Have an enthusiastic approach to self-management; possess a strong attention to detail; excellent communication skills and be proactive in all situations.
