Join Our Team at Still Able We're hiring 2 Casual Registered Nurses to help make a real difference in the lives of our aged care clients. Still Able is a small, family-run business passionate about providing compassionate, person-centred care to our community. As a nurse in this role, you'll work independently while making a meaningful impact on the lives of older Australians.

What You'll Do:

- Provide tailored health promotion and education to clients and their carers
- Assess, develop, and evaluate individualised nursing care plans, focusing on client goals and independence
- Manage direct care services including wound care, medication management, diabetes support, and catheter/stoma care
- Monitor health outcomes and support chronic disease management
- Build positive relationships and create meaningful connections with clients
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of our care team

What We're Looking For:

- Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA (Essential)
- At least 2 years' experience in community, aged care, acute, or hospital settings




- Understanding of community nursing and primary health care principles, including consumer-directed care frameworks
- Experience with direct clinical care including wound management, medication administration, and chronic disease support
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with electronic devices and client management systems
- Current Police Check, Working with Children Check, and CPR certification
- A current driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Fluent spoken and written English with clear communication skills
