We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Wine Sales Support Coordinator to support a growing Australian wine business working across domestic and international markets.
This role is perfect for someone with experience in the wine, food or beverage industry who enjoys supporting sales, business development and customer relationships. You'll help keep opportunities moving, coordinate projects, and provide exceptional support to customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Support domestic and export sales activities
- Assist with business development opportunities and sales follow-up
- Prepare customer presentations, proposals and sales pitches
- Coordinate sample requests and customer enquiries
- Collate marketing materials, technical information and pricing
- Manage Salesforce CRM and maintain accurate customer data
- Coordinate customer communications and follow-up actions
- Assist with order coordination and export logistics
- Prepare reports, sales information and market insights
- Provide general administrative and operational support
About You
You will ideally have
- Experience in the wine industry,
or within the food and beverage sector
- Experience supporting domestic sales, export sales or account management
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills
- Experience using Salesforce or another CRM platform
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Robust Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills
- A genuine interest in customer relationships and business development
