- Strong communication skills,



with experience facilitating virtual meetings and providing clear written and verbal feedback.
- Proficiency with remote collaboration platforms and project management tools (such as video conferencing, messaging, and task-tracking software).
- Experience in planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects, with a focus on meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
- Ability to build trust, promote inclusion, and support team members through coaching, conflict resolution, and constructive guidance.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the capacity to work independently and handle changing priorities.
- Relevant experience in team management, operations, or project coordination; supervisory experience in a remote setting is highly beneficial.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, management, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
