About the role The Reporting Analyst is responsible for delivering accurate and timely client reporting to institutional and wholesale clients across Australia. Based in our Sydney office and reporting to the Client Reporting Manager within Global Client Operations, the role supports the ongoing development of the reporting function through technology and process improvements, while partnering with stakeholders across sales, client services, and technology teams.

Please note this is a 12 month FTC

Your day to day

- Produce monthly and quarterly pooled and mandate reports for institutional clients.
- Respond to ad hoc client reporting requests, including commentary and holdings reports.
- Support reporting and data requests from Distribution teams, clients, and audit stakeholders.
- Develop and enhance customised reporting templates and reporting solutions.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the client reporting function and best-practice processes.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, quality, and timeliness.

Your experience and skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in developing technical capabilities over time.
- An understanding of data and the ability to work with moderately complex datasets.
- Experience using reporting tools and systems, with a willingness to learn recent technologies.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- An interest in industry trends, technology, and best practices in client reporting.
- A degree in Commerce, Economics, Business, Finance,



or a related discipline is preferred.
- Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimisation and the effective use of systems and technology.
