About the Position
Due to continued growth an opportunity currently exists for a Residential Estimator to join the estimating department of 4 working across sales and production estimating.
- Producing orders through Databuild
- Creating BOQs
- Complete quantity take-offs for building materials & labour
- Contract and building variations
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 4 years experience in a residential volume building environment
- A desire to work with an established national builder during growth phase in QLD
- Trade or Tertiary qualifications highly regarded however not essential
- Strong attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication
