Are you an experienced Sales Administrator ready to take the next step in your career?

Join a well-established and growing real estate business and become a key support to a high-performing residential sales team. Working alongside up to five Sales Agents, you’ll take ownership of the administration process and help ensure every campaign runs smoothly from listing through to settlement.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for a varied mix of sales administration, including:

- Supporting up to five Sales Agents with day-to-day administration
- Managing exchanges and settlements
- Preparing and processing agency agreements
- Uploading properties and managing listings online
- Coordinating marketing and pushing properties live
- Preparing DLs and sales documentation
- Liaising with vendors, buyers, solicitors and other stakeholders
- Keeping campaigns and transactions organised from start to finish
- Providing proactive support to the wider sales team

About You We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and people-focused, with the ability to confidently manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting. You’ll ideally have:

- Previous experience in residential sales administration




- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- A positive, can-do attitude
- The ability to multitask and work under pressure
- A genuine team-player mentality
- Business-level Mandarin and English
