Responsibilities

- Provide an exceptional customer experience, through authentic and meaningful interactions with our customers

- Demonstrate strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice
n
- Collectively achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
n
- Support other team members to ensure business goals are met
n
- Contribute to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping
n
- Process and replenish stock according to company standards
n
- Assist in the implementation of promotional & visual merchandising initiatives
n
- Show initiative and be a great team player

Qualifications

- Strong experience working in a fashion retailer or a customer service environment
n
- A genuine love and understanding of our brand
n
- The ability to deliver exceptional customer service, creating a memorable experience and understanding our customer needs
n
- Outstanding communication skills
n
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
n
- A 'can do',

- Proven ability to integrate and become a valued team member
n
- Passionate about all things fashion with great visual merchandising and styling skills
n
- Availability to work a variety of shifts during the week and weekend
n
- Flexibility to work increased shifts as required (peak periods and covering leave of team members)
