AIA Australia invites applications for the AIA Vitality Product Analyst position in Melbourne. Join a team driving sustainable growth and market leadership for AIA Vitality by analysing user behaviour, market trends, and leading data‐driven product initiatives.

Responsibilities

n

- Data analysis: Analyse user behaviour, engagement and feature adoption
n
- Experimentation: Design, implement, and analyse A/B tests and other experiments to measure the impact of new features, changes, and optimisations
n
- Reporting and dashboards: Build and maintain dashboards to track key product metrics and provide clear, concise reports and insights to the Head of Vitality Strategy & Innovation and leadership
n
- Roadmap support: Partner with product management and cross‐functional teams to define success criteria, identify data‐driven opportunities, and inform product strategy and roadmap prioritisation
n
- Market and competitive analysis: Conduct thorough competitive analysis and market research to inform product positioning and feature prioritisation
n
- User research support: Provide data‐backed input for user research initiatives, such as analysing feedback from interviews or app store ratings
n

Qualifications

n

n
- Previous experience in a product or digital analytics role, preferably with mobile app or website data
n




- Technical proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools (SQL, Google Analytics, Tableau)
n
- A bachelor's degree in a related field like business, data science, computer science, or a similar quantitative field
n
- Strong ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
n
- Excellent problem‐solving and analytical thinking skills with a high attention to detail
n
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively present findings to technical and non‐technical stakeholders
n
- The ability to work effectively with cross‐functional teams, including product managers, engineers and designers
n
