Food & Beverage Manager – Premium Corporate Hospitality

Sydney CBD | Monday–Friday | No Weekends
n JRM Hospitality Recruitment is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead a premium corporate hospitality operation in the Sydney CBD.
n This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality leader from fine dining, luxury hotels or premium restaurants looking to retain the standards, food, wine and service they love – with the benefit of a Monday-to-Friday roster and no weekends.

The Role

n

You'll oversee a diverse F&B; operation across executive dining, boardrooms, meeting spaces and corporate events, leading an established hospitality team and ensuring consistently high standards of service.
n This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong operational capability, attention to detail and confidence working with senior stakeholders and VIP guests.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead daily F&B; operations across executive dining, meetings and events
n
- Manage multiple functions and service requirements simultaneously
n
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing hospitality team
n
- Maintain exceptional service, presentation and guest experience standards
n
- Build robust relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers
n
- Manage rostering, labour costs, purchasing and stock control
n
- Oversee beverage and cellar management
n
- Maintain compliance across RSA, food safety and WHS
n

n





About You

n

n
- 5+ years' experience in hospitality leadership
n
- Background in fine dining, luxury hotels or premium restaurants (bonus would be a blend of these)
n
- Strong food, beverage and wine knowledge
n
- Proven experience leading and developing successful teams
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
n
- Sound financial and labour management experience
n
- Current NSW RSA
n
