Responsibilities

- Leading and mentoring your team to achieve their KPIs and personal goals

- Using your commercial acumen to boost profitability across sales, our interior decorator program, NPS, engagement, ATV, and strike rates
n
- Creating a positive, high-performance culture through regular feedback and coaching
n
- Overseeing day‐to‐day operations, including rostering, financial performance, and onboarding new team members
n
- Championing a safety‐first mindset culture, empowering your team to proactively identify and mitigate risks
n
