The Role

n

We are seeking an experienced First Aid Trainer to deliver accredited first aid training to a government client in the Western Port Bay region. This role focuses on professional delivery, learner engagement, and the maintenance of high training standards.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Deliver HLTAID011 Provide First Aid, HLTAID010 Provide Basic Emergency Life Support, and HLTAID009 Provide CPR
n
- Facilitate practical, engaging training sessions
n
- Conduct assessments in line with training package requirements
n
- Ensure compliance with RTO standards
n
- Maintain a qualified standard in a government training setting
n

n

Essential Requirements

n

n
- HLTAID011 Provide First Aid
n
- HLTAID010 Provide Basic Emergency Life Support
n




- HLTAID009 Provide CPR
n
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent minimum requirement)
n
- Experience delivering training within the VET sector
n
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
n
- Strong verbal communication and ability to engage learners
n
- Professional, reliable, and well-presented
n

Highly Regarded

n

n
- ADF veteran or experience working within government or Defence environments
n
- Experience delivering training to structured or disciplined organisations
n
