Job Description

Employ Me, a leading construction company in Port Kembla, is seeking a skilled and experienced Structural Boilermaker to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Fabricate, assemble, and install structural steel components according to blueprints and specifications
n
- Perform welding, cutting, and grinding tasks to ensure precise fit and finish of steel structures
n
- Use hand and power tools, as well as heavy machinery, to shape and manipulate steel materials
n
- Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure structural integrity and safety standards are met
n
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other team members to plan and execute projects efficiently
n
- Adhere to company and industry safety standards and regulations at all times
n

Qualifications

n

n
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in structural steel fabrication and installation
n
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
n




- Robust knowledge of welding techniques and equipment
n
- Experience operating heavy machinery such as cranes and forklifts
n
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
n
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently
n
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
n
