Baulkham Hills — casual Dental Assistant / Receptionist position

Overview

n

We're looking for experienced Dental Assistants / Receptionists to join our 3‐chair practice in Baulkham Hills. The role is casual with pay above award levels and higher weekend rates.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Provide front‐desk and reception duties, including patient booking, greeting, and communication.
n
- Assist with dental procedures, implants, general anaesthetic, complex surgeries, chair‐side care, and sterilisation.
n
- Maintain infection control and sterilisation protocols.
n
- Support additional shifts at neighbouring centres (Bass Hill, Merrylands, Richmond) as required.
n
- Availability: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday; weekend shifts earn higher rates.
n

Qualifications & Skills

n

n
- Proven experience as a Dental Assistant or Receptionist in a modern dental clinic.
n




- Knowledge of implants, GA, surgical work, chair‐side technology, and sterilisation.
n
- Strong understanding of infection control protocols.
n
- Skilled, friendly, customer‐focused attitude.
n
- Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to high standards.
n
- For QLD locations, a Blue Card for paid employment.
