Located in either our Sydney or Melbourne office, our Design team is looking for a Senior Designer to bring new ideas, fresh perspective, and elevate our craft.

A day in the life

- Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute design concepts for a variety of projects, including branding, advertising campaigns, websites, and digital campaigns.
- Build visual identity systems, creative concepts, finesse pitch decks, and design creative campaigns.
- Lead design projects from start to finish, ensuring high‑quality deliverables that meet client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Generate fresh and original ideas that push creative boundaries while staying aligned with project objectives and client expectations.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, offering constructive feedback and helping them grow their skills.
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies, and share insights with the team to drive innovation and excellence.

How we will know you are the one?

- 5+ years of experience as a graphic designer or in a similar creative role, preferably in an agency or studio setting.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, demonstrating exceptional creativity, technical expertise, and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
- Extensive knowledge of design principles,



typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and sell design concepts to clients and team members.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions.
- Experience in brand strategy and development, with a deep understanding of how design impacts and enhances brand identity.

Other things that would make you excel in this role

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- Previous experience working on a range of client sectors.
- Experience mentoring junior designers or leading design workshops.
- You thrive working in a cooperative team environment, and have the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
