Digital Biz Solutions Pty Ltd are looking for a Technology and infrastructure Architect to work on some major client projects in Australia. The position will be full-time.

n

Responsibilities

n

n
- The Technology and Infrastructure Architect designs and maintains the overall IT infrastructure architecture, including networks, servers, cloud platforms, and data centres.
n
- Ensure systems are robust, cost-effective, secure, and capable of supporting current and future business needs.
n
- Design end-to-end IT infrastructure solutions (on-premises, cloud, or hybrid)
n
- Define architecture standards, frameworks, and best practices
n
- Evaluate and recommend recent technologies and tools
n
- Lead infrastructure transformation and modernization initiatives
n
- Ensure high availability, performance, scalability, and security of systems
n
- Collaborate with application architects, developers, and business stakeholders
n
- Oversee cloud architecture (e.g., AWS,



Azure, Google Cloud)
n
- Guide infrastructure automation using tools like Terraform, Ansible, etc.
n
- Manage disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity planning (BCP)
n
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams
n
- Ensure compliance with security policies and industry standards
n
- Review and approve infrastructure designs and implementations.
n

Qualifications

n

n
- The candidate must be a qualified technical architect covering below applications/platforms:
n
- On-premise compute, storage and networking
n
- AWS compute, storage and networking
n
- Azure compute, storage and networking
n
- Database technologies
n
- Wi-Fi, printing and other core services
n
- Experience in architecting solutions for legacy transformations is preferable
n

Remuneration

n

This is a full-time role with a salary of $100K and above, excluding superannuation.
