The Prospect

We're looking for an experienced biologics representative to join us for the launch of a significant new medicine in dermatology in Australia.

n

This opportunity will appeal to high-performing specialty sales professionals who have successfully launched biologics in immunology or other specialist therapy areas and are looking for their next challenge. You'll bring strong clinical acumen, a track record of building trusted specialist relationships, and the drive to succeed in a launch environment.

Working closely with dermatologists and key stakeholders, you'll play an important role in establishing a new treatment option in the market. You'll have the autonomy to shape your territory, identify opportunities, and help deliver a successful launch from the outset.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Own territory-level launch execution across Melbourne, VIC East or West Territory. Activating KOLs, early adopters and key centres of influence from day one
n
- Engage dermatologists at a peer level, bringing clinical data and real-world evidence to life in conversations that shift thinking and build belief
n
- Build and own your accounts, from the dermatologist to the nurse, practice manager, and hospital teams, becoming the name they call first
n
- Navigate PBS, Special Authority, and access pathways removing barriers and accelerating patient access
n
- Get into the field and bring back what matters; the insights, the objections, and the opportunities so the national team can move faster
n




- Operate with the highest standards of compliance and integrity under the Medicines Australia Code of Conduct
n

What We Are Looking For

n

n
- 8+ years' pharmaceutical sales experience with clear progression into senior specialty roles
n
- Proven biologics background within dermatology, rheumatology / immunology experience strongly preferred
n
- A track record of launch success in the Australian market, you've done this before and delivered
n
- Strong PBS and access pathway knowledge, with exposure to hospital drug listing processes
n
- Science degree or equivalent
n
- Full Australian working right
n
- Current driver's licence
n
