In Retail Banking, our customers are at the heart of everything we do. Come and join the new Virtual Home Lending team. Virtual Banking is transforming the way we engage with internal & external customers through digital and phone across both Retail and Third-Party Banking. It is responsible for ensuring compliance, ongoing health and proactive growth of customers.

n

As a Home Lending Specialist within the Virtual Home Lending Team, you will be responsible for inbound calls where you will assist Internal and External customers with all lending enquiries and execution of lending requests such as conducting needs analysis and completing lending applications for personal lending, credit card & home loans.

n

As a Home Lending Specialist, you'll require the following:

n

n
- Good understanding of the Bank's lending products, digital and self-service offerings, policies, and regulations
n
- Extensive customer service experience
n
- Advanced technology and digital capabilities
n
- Ability to work in a virtual team environment.
n
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
n
- Ability to build relationships and rapport with key community stakeholders.
n
- Ability to adapt to and accept change.
n
- Proven relationship building skills to achieve financial outcomes.
n
- Understand financials and performance of the business.
n
- Lending experience is preferable
n
- FSRA Accreditation T2 - Deposit Taking & Non-Cash Payment Facilities & General Insurance
n

We have multiple full-time permanent positions. We prioritize our people with a hybrid model that currently includes a minimum of 3 days per week in a local Head Office or Regional Office. The Retail Virtual Banking opening hours are Monday - Friday, 0900 - 1830 (AEST) and Saturday, 0900 - 1700 (AEST). You will be required to work a rotating roster within these opening hours.
