About The Role

n

Based in Sydney you will step into a pivotal project management role within a lean, high-performing team taking ownership of large-scale wind projects from contract through to completion. The responsibilities include managing project scope, project schedule, commercial outcomes, compliance and key stakeholder relationships internally and externally.

n

This includes leading site teams, engineering/delivery consultants and managing project subcontractors while maintaining robust control over cost/cashflow, variations, forecasting and commercial outcomes to ensure the wind asset is delivered safely and on schedule.

Regular site travel (Within New South Wales) is expected within this role.

Qualifications/Requirements

n

n
- 6-8+ years of hands‐on project management experience in the Wind sector
n
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, high-value projects end-to-end
n
- Advanced commercial and compliance skills — contracts, risk, cost control
n
- Very strong stakeholder management and client-facing capability
n
- A professional PM certification (PMP, AIPM or equivalent preferred)
n
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical or Electrical preferred)
n
- A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset with a "get it done" attitude
n
