Resource Administration Officer / Campus Coordinator – Barraba Campus

Part-Time | 16.5 hours per week | Tuesday to Thursday

Community College Northern Inland is seeking an organised and community-minded Resource Administration Officer / Campus Coordinator to join our Barraba Campus.

This is a varied part-time position combining resource administration with the coordination and day-to-day support of our Barraba Campus.

About CCNI

Community College Northern Inland is a not-for-profit Registered Training Organisation providing education and training opportunities across the New England - North West.

We work closely with individuals, businesses and communities to provide training that builds skills, supports employment and strengthens our regional communities.

About the Role The Resource Administration component of the role is responsible for coordinating the ordering, printing, preparation and distribution of training resources and learner materials, maintaining stock levels and supporting general administration. The position is also responsible for coordinating the printing and distribution of the Barraba News.

As Campus Coordinator, you will be the local face of CCNI in Barraba, building relationships within the community, identifying local training needs and supporting the coordination and promotion of training opportunities.

You will also provide customer service and administrative support to students, trainers and visitors and help ensure the Barraba Campus operates smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate the ordering, printing and distribution of training resources and learner materials.

- Monitor resource, stationery and office supply levels and arrange approved orders.

- Coordinate the printing and distribution of the Barraba News.

- Provide general administration and customer service for the Barraba Campus.

- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, community organisations and referral agencies.

- Identify local education and training needs and opportunities.





- Coordinate local course delivery and ensure required facilities and resources are prepared.

- Support students, trainers and visitors attending the Barraba Campus.

- Assist with the promotion of local courses and CCNI activities.

- Support the day-to-day operation and presentation of the campus.

About You

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, approachable and able to work independently.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Strong administration and organisational skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

- Good computer skills, including Microsoft 365.

- Accurate data entry and file management skills.

- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

- Knowledge of the Barraba community and an ability to develop strong local networks.

- A qualified, reliable and community-focused approach to your work.

Experience in administration, community engagement, education, training or a similar environment would be highly regarded.

The successful applicant will be required to provide a current Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance Certificate.

What We Offer

- Permanent part-time hours of 16.5 hours per week.

- Work Days: Tuesday to Thursday, 9:00am to 3:00pm, with a 30-minute unpaid break.

- $37.24 per hour – General Staff Level 5.1 under the Educational Services (Post-Secondary Education) Award 2020.
