NONDA (IG @nonda.restaurant) is a fully licensed modern Japanese restaurant located in the vibrant Gasworks Plaza, Newstead. We offer unique modern Japanese cuisine in a relaxed casual dining atmosphere.

We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team and help lead our growing venue.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead and develop the FOH team
- Manage labour costs and rostering
- Drive sales and guest satisfaction
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure smooth service

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years’ experience in hospitality, with previous experience in a supervisory or management role preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven customer service excellence




- Ability to stay calm and adaptable in a fast-paced workplace
- Passion for hospitality and Japanese cuisine
- Problem-solving skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
