Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations and lead a passionate service team.
- Conduct regular stocktakes and manage inventory to ensure cost efficiency.
- Facilitate comprehensive staff training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with all restaurant policies, RSA standards, and safety procedures.
- Maintain high operational standards and service culture during busy shifts.
- Availability to work a flexible roster, including nights and weekends.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a management or supervisory role in a fast-paced venue.
