Located in the heart of Flinders Lane, Restaurant 226 is a contemporary fine dining destination dedicated to exceptional food, steak, wine, and hospitality. We are currently seeking experienced hospitality professionals to join our growing team.

Positions Available

- Restaurant Supervisor (Full-Time or Part-Time)
- Food & Beverage Attendants (Part-Time or Casual)
- Bartenders (Part-Time or Casual)

What We're Looking For

Restaurant Supervisor

- Proven leadership and team management skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

- Positive attitude with a solutions-focused mindset

- Ability to lead by example and work collaboratively with the team

- Robust understanding of premium dining service standards

- Bartending skill and Wine Knowledge are preferable

Bartenders

- Previous cocktail and bar experience required

- Strong beverage expertise





- Passion for creating exceptional guest experiences

- Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment

All Roles

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a premium or fine dining restaurant in a similar position

- Passion for food, wine, hospitality, and guest service

- High standards of presentation, hygiene, and professionalism

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

- Comfortable performing in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
