About Noodz Boutique

Noodz Boutique is an Australian-owned bridal and formalwear retailer with a Sydney showroom in Erskineville and an established online store. We specialise in modern, affordable bridal gowns, formal dresses and occasionwear, serving customers both in-store and online.

We are looking for an experienced Retail Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our Sydney showroom and online retail operations.

About the Role

This is a hands-on retail management position covering staff supervision, inventory management, order fulfilment, customer service and the day-to-day operation of our showroom and online store.

You will supervise our casual retail team and work closely with the business owner to ensure the retail operation runs efficiently and customers receive a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Noodz Boutique showroom and online retail operations
- Supervise, train and support casual retail staff
- Allocate tasks and coordinate staff activities during shifts
- Train new and existing employees in store procedures, customer service, order processing and product knowledge
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records
- Determine stock requirements and arrange replenishment of inventory as required
- Maintain and update inventory records using spreadsheets and internal systems
- Oversee the processing and fulfilment of online and in-store orders
- Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and within required timeframes
- Assist customers with bridal and formalwear enquiries in the showroom, over the phone and online




- Handle customer service issues and escalated enquiries when required
- Support the achievement of in-store and online sales objectives
- Maintain showroom presentation and ensure merchandise is organised appropriately
- Maintain retail procedures to support efficient day-to-day operations
- Report operational, staffing, inventory and customer matters to the business owner

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in retail management, retail supervision or a similar retail leadership role
- Experience supervising and training retail staff
- Strong inventory and stock management skills
- Experience with in-store and/or online retail operations
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Confidence handling customer enquiries and resolving problems
- Good computer skills, including experience using spreadsheets and online systems
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for day-to-day retail operations
- A hands-on approach and willingness to assist the team during busy periods

Experience in fashion, bridal, formalwear or e-commerce retail would be highly regarded.
