About the role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Store Manager to lead our Priceline Pharmacy store in Baulkham Hills. This is a hands-on leadership role within a fast-paced retail environment, where you will take ownership of daily store operations, team performance, and overall customer experience.

You will be responsible for ensuring the store operates efficiently, achieves its sales targets, and maintains high standards across service, presentation, and compliance. Working closely with the business owner and team, you will play a key role in driving consistent performance and supporting the ongoing growth of the store.

The Role will be responsible for:

· Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy retail store, ensuring smooth workflow, optimal staffing, and consistently high service standards

· Drive sales performance across health, wellness, skincare, and beauty categories through effective planning, promotions, and team execution

· Monitor and control inventory levels, including ordering, stock rotation, and minimising stock loss, while coordinating with suppliers

· Ensure compliance with pharmacy retail regulations, workplace health and safety requirements, and internal company policies

· Lead, supervise, and develop retail staff, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and rostering

· Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection across cosmetics, skincare, vitamins, and general health products

· Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, and promotional displays in line with Priceline Pharmacy brand standards

· Monitor financial performance, including sales targets, profit margins, budgeting, and expense control

· Handle customer enquiries, complaints,



and escalations in a professional and timely manner

· Plan and execute in-store promotional campaigns, catalogue events, and marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and sales

· Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, brand representatives, and internal stakeholders

· Oversee point-of-sale operations, including cash handling, reconciliation, and accurate sales reporting

Qualifications and Experience:

· Bachelor of Medical Sciences or a related qualification in health, business, or retail management

· Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in retail management or supervisory roles, preferably within pharmacy, health, or beauty retail

· Demonstrated experience managing store operations, including staff leadership, inventory control, and sales performance

· Strong understanding of retail sales strategies, merchandising, and promotional execution

· Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve performance targets

· Experience with stock control, ordering systems, and shrinkage management

· Sound knowledge of workplace health and safety practices within a retail environment

· Strong communication and customer service skills

· Experience using POS systems and basic financial reporting tools

· Product knowledge in health, skincare, or beauty will be highly regarded

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
