Casual Retail Sales Assistant
Are you fit*, fun, and fabulous with a passion for projects and helping customers bring their ideas to life?
We’re looking for a new casual team member to join our project passionate crew. As a casual, you would need to be flexible with your availability and able to work a variety of hours across weekdays and weekends.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering friendly, knowledgeable service to both DIY and trade customers
- Helping customers choose the right products for their projects
- Building relationships with trade professionals and understanding their needs
- Keeping the store neat, stocked, and welcoming
- Handling transactions accurately and efficiently
- Supporting stock control and store presentation
- Meeting monthly KPI’s and sales targets through exceptional customer engagement
What We’re Looking For
- A fit*, positive,
and energetic person who enjoys helping others
- A genuine interest in DIY, colour, and all things projects
- Ability to retain and explain technical product information clearly and confidently
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Must hold a current driver’s licence
- Retail experience in the paint or home improvement industry preferred but not essential
- Flexibility to cover additional shifts when needed
