We currently have an amazing chance for an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead the team at our ECQ (Eastern Creek Quarter) Outlet store.

We are looking for a Store Manager for ECQ that can help nurture and support the team to their full potential and to support growth. Someone who understands the importance of Let's Run There and is passionate about promoting strong lasting relationships with our store team and our customers.

As a Store Manager, supporting the team and their customers is imperative in creating/keeping successful relationships. There will be key interactions with our National Retail Manager, Marketing, Logistics and Operations to ensure you have the tools to provide exceptional service to customers.

Your responsibilities will be as follows: -

- Weekly Reporting
- Driving and achieving sales targets and outcomes within a scheduled time frame.
- Leading, developing, and coaching your staff
- Stock control including stock takes and managing shrinkage
- Store organisation




- Delivering excellent visual merchandising, adhering to guidelines set by marketing and upper management
- Monitor sell-thru
- Staff rosters
- Maintaining a clean and safe workplace as per Australia OH&S; practices.
- Monthly OHS checks
- Banking
- Opening/Closing of the store

To be successful in this position, you will have

- Minimum 2 years previous successful retail management
- Experience with high volumes of stock
- Strong team leadership and coaching skills
- A valuable understanding of KPI's
- A supportive leadership style and be able to lead by example
- A hands-on approach and be a naturally great motivator
- Visual merchandising experience
- Excellent motivational, communication and leadership skills
- Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency
- Outlook proficiency
- Must be available for weekend work.
