Are you a trades person or mechanically minded that would like a career change and work autonomously in and around the Cairns region. This position would ideally suit a trade or trade minded person. The role is servicing RACQ members with their motoring needs roadside.
The role tasks include but are not limited to vehicle no starts, battery replacement, wheel change, vehicle lock outs, tow assists and refuel. This position is based on a rotating roster that includes weekends, public holidays, morning and afternoon shifts allowing for a good work/life balance. A generous bonus system is in place.
On site training is provided with additional training in Brisbane after a qualifying period.. Uniforms and a fully equipped/maintained work vehicle are provided.
Those applicants possessing a QLD MR licence will have the chance to be trained in vehicle recovery.
A QLD police clearance is required prior to commencement of employment.
