We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Administration officer to join our beautiful Mitchell office with 40+ employees on site. The role supports a national administration team and requires full‐time commitment Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities
n
n
- Managing incoming telephone enquiries
n
- Managing bookings and rescheduling for NDIS services
n
- Front‐of‐house duties for the office, greeting clients & customers
n
- Allocating new referrals to appropriate clinicians based on experience, location and skill set
n
- Owning site presentation, cleanliness and event preparation
n
- Completing site audits as requiredCreating and updating electronic records for existing clients
n
- Assisting with reporting as required
n
- Other additional administration duties as required
n
n
Requirements
n
n
- Administration and/or reception experience (desired, but not essential)
n
- Previous health knowledge (desired, but not essential)
n
- Focus on providing exceptional customer service
n
- Exceptional communication skills with internal & external stakeholders
n
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
n
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
n
- Willing to undergo a National Police Check
n
- Hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Children or Vulnerable Person check
n
