Landscape Gardener - Vantage Eagleby Hedges

We are looking for an experienced Landscape Gardener to join our beautiful over 50's lifestyle community located in Eagleby.

n

About the role

n

Based at Vantage Eagleby Hedges, this role is responsible for ensuring the presentation and cleanliness of all community grounds and common areas are maintained to our high professional standard, supporting a warm and inviting atmosphere for all Homes Owners.

n

In this role some of your responsibilities will be:

n

n
- Maintaining all gardens, lawns, paths and roadways
n
- Mowing and edge trimming of all lawns including residential site frontages
n
- Weeding and weed management of all common areas and grounds
n
- General planting and garden maintenance including pruning and mulching
n
- Watering of all common areas and lawns
n
- Basic hedge trimming (below shoulder height) and tree maintenance including general pruning
n
- Ensuring all watering systems are installed and operating effectively and as required
n
- Undertake regular cleaning of external building windows,



facades and other infrastructure such as bollards, seats, pathways, roads, benches, handrails, and such according to the operational schedule
n

Skills and experience

n

n
- Previous experience in landscape gardening in a commercial or public workplace
n
- Experience in hard and soft landscaping
n
- Experience in dealing with end customers in a customer centric manner
n

n

In addition, you will have:

n

n
- Current valid 'class c' drivers licence
n
- Construction Industry White Card
n

n
