Maverick Campers is looking for aWorkshop Supervisor / Warranty Coordinatorto oversee our production team in Caboolture. If you have experience leading a team, can work under pressure, with minimal direction and thrive in a hands‐on setting, this could be the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Leadership & Team Management:Lead and support the team across service, warranty, and assembly tasks.
n
- Workshop Supervision:Monitor production progress, ensuring efficiency and quality control.
n
- Problem‐Solving:Identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
n
- Hands‐On Work:Assist with assembly, upgrades, servicing, and general workshop tasks.
n
- Administration & Organization:Manage orders, schedules, and inventory while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Weekly reporting to head office required.
n
- Quality Control:Conduct audits and maintain high standards of workmanship.
