Our client, a well-established design engineering firm in Perth, is seeking a skilled drafter to support their expanding pipeline of residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

n

The Opportunity

n

Working as part of a collaborative mechanical services team, you'll produce high-quality HVAC documentation using Revit and AutoCAD, contributing to coordinated building services design across a wide range of projects. With hybrid working arrangements and excellent transport access, this role offers both flexibility and convenience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver detailed HVAC drawings and documentation using Revit and AutoCAD
n
- Collaborate with mechanical engineers and cross-discipline design teams
n
- Assist with design coordination and clash detectionEnsure all drawings align with project requirements and industry standards
n
- Support continuous improvements across drafting processes
n

About You:

n

n




- Proven experience as an HVAC / Mechanical Services Drafter
n
- Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (essential)
n
- Experience within building services environments (residential/commercial/industrial)
n
- High attention to detail with strong communication and coordination skills
n
- Ability to work independently and within a team
n
- Must be a resident or Australian Citizen
n
