- FIFO ex Perth to various sites
n
- Be part of a national ASX listed contractor with a robust pipeline of work
n
- Work on tier 1 client sites with a focus on safety and quality
n

Support our structural integrity and remediation projects across the Pilbara region, contributing to majorshutdowns and project delivery without the commitment of a fixed schedule.
n
You will be responsible for a variety of duties such as;
n
n
- Day-to-day site supervision and management of your team
n
- Ensure site productivity aligns with project timelines
n
- Lead the team on productive safe work behaviour
n
- Set up and pack up of site, including contributing to pre-start and toolbox meetings
n
- Co-ordination of employees and subcontractors
n
- Communication with internal and external stakeholders
n
- Liaise closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects run to schedule
n
- Completion of QA and HSE paperwork
n
n
ABOUT YOU
n

- Prior experience in the construction and remediation industry, preferably on structural integrity projects
n
- Prior experience supervising teams of skilled tradesmen
n
- S26 supervisor training - preferred
n
- White card and current Drivers Licence
n
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office
n
- Ability to obtain a Police ClearanceMechanical/Fabrication trade certificate and/or construction qualifications
n
- Positive conflict resolution,
communication and influencing skills
n
- Sound understanding of established safety policies and guidelines
n
n
