Job Description

- Lead the design and implementation of Auth0-based Customer Identity (CIAM) solutions.
n
- Architect modern authentication and authorisation patterns using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML and Federation.
n
- Design and deliver customer registration, login, account recovery and self-service identity journeys.
n
- Build secure integrations between Auth0 and customer applications, APIs and third-party identity providers.
n
- Provide technical leadership across customer engagements, guiding teams through architecture, design and delivery.
n
- Develop custom Auth0 Actions, integrations and extensibility solutions to meet complex business requirements.
n
- Mentor and support engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, best practices and career development.
n
- Work closely with customers to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable identity solutions.
n
- Drive engineering excellence through automation, CI/CD, testing and modern cloud-native delivery practices.
n
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping organisations strengthen their customer identity strategy, security posture and digital experience.

Requirements

n

- Robust experience designing and delivering Auth0 solutions.
n
- Deep understanding of Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM).
n
- Expertise in OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, SSO, MFA and identity federation.
n
- Experience integrating identity platforms with modern web, mobile and API ecosystems.
n




- Strong engineering background across JavaScript/Node.js, TypeScript, .NET or similar technologies.
n
- Experience leading engineering teams and delivering complex customer-facing solutions.
n
- Passion for identity, security and creating exceptional user experiences.
n
