About the Role:
n
We are currently seeking a highly experienced, passionate Inbound Travel Consultant to join a reputable and dynamic team. This exciting role offers the opportunity to design and deliver bespoke travel experiences for international clients visiting Australia.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
- Curate and quote a range of tailor-made group itineraries whilst maintaining excellent product knowledge of our partners pre-arranged luxury tours.
n
- Provide expert advice on local attractions, activities, and destinations to enhance client experiences.
n
- Proactively manage and resolve any travel disruptions or on-the-ground issues to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.
n
- Deliver top-tier customer service and support throughout the travel process.
n
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure seamless service
n
- Preparing and issuing invoices, receipt payments and maintaining financial documents
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
- Proven experience in inbound travel, with a focus on FIT or group travel.
n
- Knowledge of Tourplan is preferrable.
n
- Extensive Luxury product knowledge
n
- Exceptional attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
n
- Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
n
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
n
n
***German or Spanish language skills are highly regarded but not essential.***
n
