Key Responsibilities

- Co-ordinate and conduct off-site routine property inspections and open homes.
n
- Prepare detailed inspection reports for landlords.
n
- Identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
n
- Handle general administrative duties efficiently.
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
- Knowledge of Inspect Real Estate and PropertyMe an advantage, or a willingness to learn.
n
- Tuesday to Saturday working roster
n
- Ability to assess, report, and action property maintenance.
n
- Proficiency in preparing detailed inspection reports.
n
- Adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
n
- Clear and effective communication with team members, landlords, and tenants.
n
- An outgoing personality with a team-oriented,
team-player mindset.
n

Essential Qualifications and Skills
n
n
- Certificate of Registration in Real Estate is essential.
n
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
n
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high property standards.
n
- Professional Presentation.
n
- Positive, can-do attitude with eagerness to grow within the agency
n
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a creative approach.
n
- Reliable, accurate, and a current driver's license.
