ATL Constructions is a growing carpentry company specialising in high-end renovations, extensions and custom homes throughout Melbourne. We work with some of Melbourne's best builders and are known for our attention to detail, reliability and quality workmanship.

We're looking for an experienced carpenter who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a professional, respectful team.

About the Role

n

You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality carpentry across a variety of residential projects while helping maintain the standards ATL Constructions is known for.

n

Duties include:

n

n
- Frame, lock-up and fix on high-end residential projects
n
- Read and interpret plans
n
- Maintain exceptional workmanship and attention to detail
n
- Liaise professionally with builders, clients and other trades
n
- Supervise apprentices when required
n
- Keep worksites organised, safe and efficient
n
- Problem solve and work independently
n

What We're Looking For

- Qualified Carpenter
n
- White Card
n
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
- Own tools
n




- Strong understanding of residential construction
n
- Ability to work independently and within a team
n
- Excellent communication skills
n
- High standards of workmanship
n
- Reliable, punctual and professional attitude
n

Desirable

n

n
- Experience leading small teams
n
- Ability to read plans confidently
n
- First Aid
n
- EWP, Working at Heights or other relevant tickets
n

n
