About the Role

n

As an HVAC Technician with Ventra Services, you'll be working across a mix of commercial service, maintenance, breakdown, and project-related HVAC works.

n

You'll be responsible for diagnosing faults, carrying out preventative maintenance, completing repairs, supporting installations where required, and ensuring systems are operating safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

n

This role would suit someone who enjoys being on the tools, working independently when needed, and being part of a reliable team that backs each other.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Carrying out HVAC service, maintenance, and repair works across commercial sites
n
- Diagnosing faults across air conditioning and mechanical systems
n
- Attending breakdowns and completing practical, efficient repairs
n
- Servicing split systems, ducted systems, package units, VRF/VRV systems, ventilation systems,



and associated HVAC equipment
n
- Completing preventative maintenance tasks to a high standard
n
- Assisting with installation and project works where required
n
- Reading and interpreting basic plans, manuals, and technical information
n
- Communicating clearly with supervisors, clients, builders, and other trades
n
- Completing job records, service reports, and site documentation
n
- Identifying defects, recommendations, and opportunities for system improvements
n
- Working safely and maintaining a clean, professional site presence
n
- Representing Ventra Services in a professional and reliable manner
n

What We're Looking For

n

We're looking for someone who is:

n

n
- Trade qualified in HVAC, refrigeration, air conditioning, or mechanical services
n
- Experienced in commercial HVAC service and maintenance
n
- Confident with fault-finding and diagnostics
n
- Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
n
- Practical, solutions-focused, and willing to get involved
n
- Professional when dealing with clients and other trades
n
- Safety-focused and quality-driven
n
- A good communicator with a strong team attitude
n
- Someone who takes pride in their work and wants to keep improving
n

n

Required Licences & Experience

n

Ideally, you will have:

n

n
- White Card
n
- Experience working on commercial HVAC systems
n
- Strong fault-finding and service experience
n
- Ability to complete job paperwork and service records accurately
n

n

Additional tickets,



manufacturer training, EWP, working at heights, or other industry qualifications will be highly regarded.
