About the role

n

We are seeking a proactive and driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our MTC Recruitment team based in Parramatta. Reporting to the Permanent Team Leader, the position will focus on permanent placement across both blue-collar and white-collar sectors.

n

In this role, your primary focus will be on business development – making sales calls, attending client meetings, and actively generating recent job opportunities to fill. You'll manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial client engagement through to successful placement, ensuring a high level of service and outcomes for both clients and candidates.

n

You will have access to an extensive list of lapsed clients, a Business Development Manager (BDM) who will generate business for you and an incumbent who can guide you. You'll be responsible for recruitment across a broad geographic area - covering regions east of Homebush and Bankstown in Sydney, as well as opportunities to recruit nationally.

About you

n

To be effective in this role you will have:

- Proven experience in recruitment or B2B sales (blue/white collar focus preferred)
n
- A natural ability to build rapport and close business deals.
n
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
n
- High attention to detail.
n
- Results-driven mindset with a resilient, can-do attitude.
n
- Exposure to recruitment CRM packages is an advantage
n
