We are currently seeking a Sales Assistant for our Sydney branch.

Requirements

- Fluent in English and Chinese (both written and spoken) – this is essential
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with inventory/order systems is a plus
- Proactive team player with attention to detail
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

- Process customer orders and issue invoices in the system
- Communicate with customers regarding stock availability, pricing, deposits, and payments
- Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to track order progress and delivery schedules
- Maintain accurate product and order information
- Assist in the showroom with customer visits and sales
- Respond promptly to customer emails and internal team messages
- Support picking,



packing, and delivery during busy periods
- Distribute new arrival images to customers and follow up on payments and delivery updates
- Check inventory levels and communicate restock or shortage information
- Handle customer returns and issue credit notes
- Prepare sales reports, weekly updates, and monthly cash reports
- Organize new arrivals and assist with collection launches or promotions
- Maintain organized records of invoices, orders, and shipping documents
- Support reconciliation between sales, warehouse, and accounting departments
