The Chance

As a Grand Seiko Sales Associate , you will represent the brand with professionalism, exceed customer expectations, and contribute to the overall success of the boutique..

The Role

- Welcome clients warmly, identify their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including VIP customers, to drive repeat business.
- Provide insights on customer preferences and market trends to Boutique Management.




- Maintain a strong knowledge of Grand Seiko products, brand heritage, and competitor offerings.
- Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales objectives and deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Support boutique events, activations, and product launches.
- Ensure product displays are maintained in line with brand guidelines.
- Assist with daily boutique operations, including cash handling and opening/closing procedures as required.

Your Skills

- Outstanding client service and communication skills
- Strong product knowledge with a willingness to continually learn
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- 2 years+ experience in retail sales
- Familiarity with merchandising and visual display practices
