Green.com.au is growing fast and we are looking for energetic Sales Consultants to help more Australian households and businesses make the switch to solar and battery solutions. This is a full time, office based role in North Sydney, close to The Metro and North Sydney Station. You will join a high energy team that moves quickly, supports each other and celebrates every win.

If you don't know anything about sales, great! If you have some knowledge, that's also excellent! We genuinely hire people based on attitude and application, not work history.

We are looking to fill 3 different sales roles:

- Telesales Sales Agent - Residential

- Junior Sales Consultant - Commercial

- Senior Sales Consultant - Commercial

Your focus is connecting with prospective customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them towards the right solution, all while building a strong pipeline. Through the recruitment process we'll get to know your experience, strengths and what motivates you, then match you to the team where you'll do your best work.





Some things we look for in a candidate:

- Experience in a sales role with KPIs or targets (retail, hospitality, trade, field sales or call centre sales all count)

- You are competitive

- You are a doer

- You have a student mentality

About the Position

Our Sales roles are ideal for people who get out of bed with a bang, don't let anything get in their way, and aren't scared of a rainy day. Targets are the name of the game here, and depending on your background and strengths, you'll be placed in the team where you'll thrive.

- Connect with prospective customers to introduce our renewable energy solutions

- Understand customers' needs and provide solutions that fit

- Research and identify opportunities, and build relationships that create new business

- Maintain the customer relationship from first contact through to close, including ongoing support and follow-up

- Keep your pipeline organised, managing follow-ups and customer information

- Respond to customer queries and questions with lightspeed

- Operate within (or exceed ?) our sales SLAs and KPIs

- Clearly and quickly identify any problems and assist to find solutions

- Provide ad hoc support to the business as required

- A confident communicator who enjoys meeting new people and building relationships
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail

- Comfortable working towards goals and taking initiative each day
- A Bachelor's degree preferred, if you are not an Australian citizen (for sponsorship purposes)
