Qualifications and Experience

- Relevant real estate qualifications and current real estate license (or eligibility to obtain one), with knowledge of Victorian property legislation and local market conditions.
- Demonstrated experience in residential property sales or a closely related field, including prospecting, listing, buyer management, and contract negotiation.




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, maintain long-term client relationships, and work effectively within a team-oriented team environment.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including managing multiple listings, following up leads, maintaining accurate records, and meeting sales targets.
- Comfort using real estate CRMs, digital marketing tools, and basic office software to support marketing campaigns, client communication, and reporting.
- Professional presentation, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, as required for inspections and auctions.
- Self-motivated mindset with a focus on continuous learning, ethical practice, and contributing positively to team culture and client experience.
