We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven, and strategic Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives, drive revenue growth, develop client relationships, and expand business opportunities. This role is ideal for individuals with strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and business development skills who are passionate about achieving ambitious growth targets.

? Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth objectives.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Lead the full sales cycle, including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closing.

• Develop sales pipelines and maintain accurate records of opportunities, activities, and client interactions.

• Set sales targets, monitor team performance, and develop strategies to improve conversion rates.

• Lead, coach, and motivate sales team members to achieve individual and team objectives.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and growth opportunities.

• Prepare sales proposals, presentations, quotations, and business reports.

• Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and partnerships with clients and business partners.

• Collaborate with marketing, operations, product, and management teams to support business growth.

• Monitor sales performance, revenue forecasts, and key performance indicators.

• Provide regular sales reports, market insights, and strategic recommendations to management.

• Attend client meetings, networking events, industry conferences, and business development activities when required.

✅ Requirements





• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field is preferred.

• Proven experience in sales, business development, account management, or a related role.

• Previous experience managing or leading a sales team is preferred.

• Strong understanding of sales processes, customer acquisition, and business development strategies.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and sales management tools.

• Strong ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment.

• Ability to work independently while effectively leading and collaborating with a team.
